Marlène Arévalo-Poizat graduated in architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology of Lausanne in 1994. She is an assistant at MIRALab, University of Geneva, working as a designer and 3D animator, producing 3D animated images and movies which reflect the research being done at MIRALab. Her main tasks are focused on: Creation of 3D environments in order to provide scenes for computer graphics animation. Creation of avatars and body animation dedicated either to production, either to real time sceneries. Realization and simulation of virtual clothing, where the goal is to obtain 3D textured garments with realistic animations. 2D design, such as posters, flyers, etc.
